- We're a flat-rate company. The price depends on your home's square footage and how often we clean — no hourly overages, no surprises.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Most of our customers aren't. You can leave a key, share a door code, or be home — whatever's most convenient. We treat your home with the same care either way.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. Houston Green Maids is fully insured and bonded. Our cleaners are background-checked, trained, and treated as employees — not contractors.
- What if I'm not happy with the clean?
- Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no cost. Your satisfaction is the only metric that matters to us.
